Minetti Arena/Grandstands

The outdoor Minetti Arena can hold over 6,000 spectators for concerts and other events. The arena has boxed seats along the perimeter as well as grandstand and general admission seating. The Minetti Arena is great for outdoor concerts, sporting events and other similar activities.

The capacity of the arena grandstands is up to 1,750, the perimeter boxed seats up to 475, and the arena floor seating up to 4,100.

Convention Center

The largest building at the Fairpark, the Convention Center, has an open floor plan that is great for large events such as trade shows, conventions, or banquets. The high ceiling in the Convention Center offers great opportunity for many styles of decorations, while creating a spacious and open feeling for guests.

The building is 14,175 square feet and is 105'x145' feet in diameter and has a ceiling height up to 23 feet.

The capacity standing is up to 2000, theater seating up to 1200 and banquet seating up to 800.

Fountain Pavilion

The most versatile building at the Fairpark, the Fountain Pavilion, is the most intimate. The updated design is a wonderful setting for small business meetings and fashionable banquets. The Fountain Pavilion also offers a small kitchen with stove, refrigeration and sink. The neutral paint colors and fabulous wood style floor is a great beginning for any type of event.

The building is 6,500 square feet and is 80'x90' square feet in diameter.

The capacity for standing is up to 750, theatre seating up to 400 and banquet seating up to 250.

Gazebo & Grass Area

Nestled within the Santa Maria Fairpark, the Gazebo & Grass Area offers a charming open-air setting perfect for weddings, private gatherings, picnics, and small outdoor events. The covered gazebo provides a scenic focal point surrounded by a spacious grassy lawn, giving guests plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the Central Coast weather.

Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony or a casual celebration, this versatile space combines the beauty of an outdoor setting with the convenience of being located within the fairpark grounds. Outdoor Stage & Grass Areas

The Outdoor Stage & Grass Areas at the Santa Maria Fairpark provide a versatile open-air venue ideal for live music, festivals, community events, and large gatherings. Featuring a dedicated performance stage surrounded by expansive grassy fields, this space can accommodate everything from concerts and cultural celebrations to corporate events and fundraisers.

The open layout offers flexibility for vendors, seating arrangements, and activity areas, while the surrounding grounds give attendees plenty of room to enjoy the event in a relaxed, outdoor setting. Whether you're hosting a headline act or a neighborhood festival, this space brings the energy of a live event with the wide-open feel of the Central Coast.

Park Plaza Building

The Park Plaza Building is an exceptionally versatile building that can accommodate many types of events, from banquets to large meetings. The Park Plaza boasts a full commercial kitchen with three ovens, two refrigerators and a commercial sink. The simple design of the building allows anyone to create a truly special event.

The building is 12,600 square feet and is 90'x140 feet in diameter, ceiling height is up to 12 feet.

The capacity standing is up to 1600, theatre seating up to 1000 and banquet seating up to 600.

Stabling & Stall Rentals

Santa Maria Fairpark is happy to offer Horse/Animal Stall rentals.

Reservations are necessary to ensure availability. Current Equestrian Insurance is required for all equestrian accommodations.
